There are quite a few tools included with this program that could easily confuse the novice user; you need to create a much better help document that includes step by step instructions on how to use this program plus video tutorials.

Detailed instructions that are made easier by creating step by step instructions as well as explanations for all of the terms/computer jargon used, ideally via a glossary that's been linked to via hyper links from the main body of text. Video tutorials for each tool is also essential for this program to be used effectively.

The present help document is rather hard to read simply because of the layout the lack of decent images and the way it is written; not many users would have the patience to read the thing.
